When looking for new employees, we suggest registering job vacancies with the Employment Service, as this provides an opportunity to:
ü advertise your job openings on the country's largest portal, the Employment Service (ldb.lt), and, if you wish, on the European Job Mobility Portal;
ü view candidates' CVs, save them, and communicate with suitable candidates directly;
organize employee selection based on the qualification requirements at your company or the Employment Service.
When hiring job seekers registered with the Employment Service, we offer:
participate in supported employment measures and receive a wage subsidy if you employ a person who receives additional support in the labor market. We offer you the opportunity to train suitable employees who are familiar with the company's technological equipment and working environment:
vocational training – by signing a tripartite agreement, you will be able to participate in the vocational training process of your future employee. Employment under an apprenticeship contract – a form of vocational training where you enter into an apprenticeship contract with a person and provide theoretical vocational training according to a prepared training program either yourself or through a vocational training provider, while the practical part of vocational training is carried out directly at the workplace.
